How to Generate a Free 3D Model from an Image

Tips to Get the Best Free Results

• Use AI-generated images as input. Images from Midjourney, Flux, DALL-E, Firefly, or Stable Diffusion tend to have clean backgrounds and strong depth cues — ideal for 3D generation. They consistently produce better results than casual phone photos of cluttered scenes.
• Prompt for a white or plain background. If using an AI generator as your source, include "white background, studio lighting" in your prompt. This is the single biggest improvement you can make to free-tier output quality.
